HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

We offer free delivery within 50 miles from our shop. Outside of the 50 miles, there is a weighted charge handled by the delivery company.

5-year Craftmanship Warranty
50-year Warranty on LP SmartSide Siding
10-year Warranty on tongue and groove flooring (both standard 5/8" and premium 3/4")

Q:

Do I NEED A PERMIT FOR MY BUILDING?

Premier Portable Buildings is not responsible for any permits. It is up to you to find out if your county, neighborhood or Home Owners Association requires a permit.

Q:

WHEN WILL IT BE DELIVERED?

Your building will be delivered within 4-6 weeks from when your order was received. Keep in mind weather and ground conditions may also affect delivery. Once the building is ordered, the sales team/shop can not update you with delivery times within the quoted 4-6 weeks. Delivery Coordinator will contact customers with scheduling when building is ready to be delivered.

Q:

WHAT IS THE WEIGHT LIMIT FOR THE PREMIUM FLOORING?

Our 3/4" flooring holds 1,100 lbs per sq foot.
